Pat knew that he wanted his wedding proposal to be simple, sweet and outdoors with a view. After many locations, revisions and waiting patiently for a sunny day, we found the best place to propose in Vancouver; a secluded spot in Stanley Park, over-looking Lions Gate Bridge with a hazy fog.
A week prior, Kelly’s friends made plans to go for an all-girls’ brunch in their group chat – without her knowing it was all a trick. Morning of, the girls sent each other photos of what they would wear to keep the surprise to its final moment. As per usual, Pat dropped her off and walked her to “brunch”.
Instead, Kelly walked into a private area with two pillars adorned with two bouquets of her favourite yellow flowers, and a runway reading “Monkey and Bunny” – their nicknames for each other. With Alicia Keys’ “Not Even the King” playing, Kelly said “YES” with unbeatable Westcoast views behind her.
“Luxe Proposals was excellent, from beginning to end. The customer service is second to none; from initial meeting to discussing and planning locations towards the final step (literally seconds before going down on one knee)… I am very impressed and thankful for all your dedication. Much love.
It’s a day my soon to be wife will never forget.” – Pat G.
